Fourth Annual Coterie Gala with Silent Auction.  6pm Cash bar; 6:30pm Dinner.

Address:  4609 Convoy Street (off Balboa).

Menu:
1.         Barbecued platter 特色大拼盤
2.         Walnut shrimp 西汁合桃蝦
3.         Fried crispy chicken 當紅炸子雞
4.         Salt and pepper pork chop 椒鹽肉排
5.         Green beans in garlic sauce 蒜茸四季豆
6.         Twin flavored rock cod fillet 鴛鴦石班塊
7.         Beef with Chinese broccol 芥蘭牛肉
8.         Vegetable fried rice 素雜菜炒飯
9.         Chinese dessert 合時甜品

Complimentary ice water and Chinese tea.  Alternate menus (e.g. no red meat, no meat, vegan etc.) are available with reservation for every 10 people.  Specify your dietary preference in the reservation.

Reservation before Friday, February 8:            
$42 per person (seated in tables of ten);
$460 per table (of ten, no mix of guests);
$160 per person for head table (complimentary wine and champagne included).

Reservation after Friday, February 8 (if seats are still available):
$47 per person;
$500 per table;
$175 per person for head table.

All seats must be reserved in advance – no walk-ins.
