Join the Greater San Diego Music Coterie for its first concert for the 2026-27 season. The performance includes two classical masterpieces that bring magical and imaginative tales to life.. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, a tone poem by Paul Dukas, has become one of the most magical tales since its iconic appearance in Disney’s first Fantasia. The incidental music Peer Gynt by Edward Grieg is a musical drama rooted in Norwegian folklore, fairy tales, and troll mythology. The music, combined with the narration, will transform the afternoon into pure magic.
